About the Artist: Clayful Creations Amy Culbert began "playing"with polymer clay as a creative outlet 5 years ago. Since then, she has evolved as an artist in her use of polymer clay in jewelry, beading and other whimsical creations. She enjoys the use of color, texture, embellishments and mixed media in the 3 dimensional medium of polymer clay. Amy, a long time resident of Florida, draws her inspiration from the lively and colorful culture of Southwest Florida. She is constantly trying new techniques to better capture the essence of the world around her. Amy's work can be found in two local venues - Restless Native and Artist's Guild Gallery (both on Holmes Beach). In addition, she participates in the various art festivals offered on the island.
