June, 2011 The Artists Guild of Anna Maria Island awarded the 2011 Genevieve Alban $1000.00 Fine Arts scholarship to Christopher Rees a graduating Senior of Southeast High School. Marie Garafano, Education and Scholarship Co-Chairpersonpresented the award at the Senior awards Day. Christopher plans to attend the The Art Institute of Tampa and major in computer graphic design.
