                     Karen's display is titled: "Sky Wonders"

 

Meet Karen at our 2nd Friday Artwalk on January 12th from 5pm to 7pm. 

​

Karen Eddy displays her art work as a member of the Artist’Guild on Anna Maria Island.  Since moving to Florida, Karen works mainly with oil paints and often strives to represent the many colors and cloud formations displayed in the Florida skies.   She looks forward each day to discovering the variety we can only find if we stop for a while and take the time to gaze out and up at the skies.  

The ever-changing atmosphere in this area is constantly evolving and offers a daily display from a serene morning sun rise, or the drama seen during afternoon thunder storm, and the colorful beauty of an evening coastal sunset.   Her exhibition at the Gallery in January features a collection of paintings that show a unique color kaleidoscope of some of the many scenes she has found in this area.
